Tulips, Tulips, and More Tulips

Another great family weekend at the Williams' household. This weekend we decided to take advantage of the weather and go see the flowers! Boy, there were a lot! Mom and dad wanted to take pictures of me, but I was more interested in pulling the petals off the flowers and digging in the dirt.

I think I'll pick this one for mom, it's pretty like herPondering the complexities of tulip farming
Everyone thought dad was a little slow because
he kept saying "Hey, Lily" when these are obviously tulips.
It was a little embarassing

This is as close as we could get to the windmill, I even tried being cute

My Weekend

So, it is April 20th and it SNOWED yesterday! Yes, you read right! Looking at the following pictures and by the date, you probably don't believe me (unless you live in Bellingham). Boy, I can't wait until our vacation to Arizona. It sure can't come soon enough!

We had a fun family weekend. First, we went to the local farmer's market in the snow. We soon realized that it is not vegetable season and ended up at Haggens. I got to add some of my new favorite foods to the cart; tofu, string cheese, and fruit cups. I went on a jog with my parents (yeah, you read right. Who knows what has gotten into them?). My dad also hung my new swing on the tree in our backyard. Here are some pictures of my weekend fun, sorry none of the snow.

I am smiling under my fleece coat. As if the swing weren't fun enough....bubbles too???
Can we swing over there?

My Cousin's Baby Shower

I just got back yesterday from a long weekend in Spokane. My dad's family threw a shower for my new cousin and I got to go too. Wow, that is a long ride in the car, but it wasn't that bad (my mom and dad say I do great in the car). I had a nice bed at Grandma and Grandpa's this time and thought it was pretty neat that if I stood up and peeked over the end I could see my mommy and daddy sleeping. This made me want to wake them up and play - so I did! My cousin got a lot of pretty clothes and gifts and I even got a new toy (and clothes from Grandma Bonnie....she sure loves to shop!) Here are some pictures of my family in Spokane.

This is my Auntie Julie (and Maggie Mae)
There was another little girl at the shower that I got to play with. She was 8 months old and I was very excited to see her – everyone else there was old. I took her shoes and socks off – hey, she looked warm.
Playing with my Great Grandma. We sure had fun together!
Grandma put a cute curl in my hair. She needs to give my mom a lesson because she tries but still can't do it like grandma.
Thanks Uncle Kevin for letting me play with this chime.
This is my new pack. Wow, it is wonderful (at least that is what my parents say). I rode around on my dad's back in the beautiful Spokane sunshine.

9 Months Old!

What? 9 months old already?
This is a new look. I often scrunch up my nose (as you may have seen in my pictures), especially when the sun is out.
Well, there are not many new things going on in my world. I am moving around and getting into everything. My favorite thing to do is climb up on anything I can hold on to. I am trying to stand on my own, but haven't quite mastered it. My mom has been working a lot the last 2 weeks, but I have heard it is Spring Break next week, so I will get her all to myself once again (although I sure do love it at Grandma and Grandpa's house)! The weather is getting nicer and I have been riding in the bike trailer and going on walks. I enjoy the fresh air and can't wait until this summer, even though I don't really remember last summer. We are heading to Spokane next week for my new cousin's baby shower. She is sure taking a long time to arrive!
