Happy Birthday Dada!

Today is my Daddy's birthday! I think I heard that he was 22?? I woke up extra early (around 6:30) so that I could give him his gift and wish him a good day before he went off to work. Like most Tuesdays, I then went to storytime with mom at the library, but after storytime we picked up dad to take him to lunch for his birthday. We then had a great family dinner. I hope my daddy had a great birthday. Here are some pictures of the card I made him.

My Visit With Grandma and Grandpa

Grandma Bonnie and Grandpa Jim flew over on an airplane the weekend. I was happy about this because I haven't seen them since Christmas. They enjoyed spending time with me and I sure had fun! This also means that I get to see my Uncle Kevin and Aunt Julie, who are expecting my first cousin on May 9th, Maggie Mae. I can't wait! We sure are going to have fun together. It was Grandpa's birthday on Thursday (and my dad's is next week) so we went to dinner to celebrate. Hopefully it won't be so long until the next time I get to see them.

This is one of the things Grandma Bonnie brought me. It is a book of all my family members who live in Spokane (since I don't get to see them very often, this will help me recognize them.)

The New Things I am Doing

I haven't been on the computer lately so I thought it was about time for a Blog update. I have been so busy and a little under the weather. Mom and I have had the horrible bug that has been going around and we are still recovering. In the meantime I have been busy trying out new things...from a carseat to that crazy crawling business. I still haven't figured out how to go forward, which is a little frustrating. I have however discovered how to go from my hands and knees to sitting and vice versa. Here are a few more new things I have been doing....

7 Months

February 4th came and went, so now I am 7 months! (Where did the month of January go?) Just thought it was time that I updated all my family and friends. I am now able to get up on my hands and knees, rock back and forth, and even move backwards! Mom rescues me from under my changing table from time to time and I am sure the childproofing will be coming soon. Darn, kids just can't have fun these days!
I have recently decided to give my mom a little more time to sleep and am sleeping an average of 10 hours straight. Mom says she hopes this continues. Now, for the food.....I have decided I approve of mom's homemade food, which I think she is happy about that. I especially love it when my daddy feeds me dinner. We have a super fun time! Here are some pictures of my skills and even some of my friends.
