Muddy Mayhem!!

I think I'll remember this day for a long time!  What a fun day it was!  First, we went to Mass, followed by a little play and donuts, then we headed out to my Grandma and Papa's house.  My Aunt Julie, Uncle Kevin, and cousin Maggie were able to join us today and I was so glad to see my cousin!  We played and played.  My favorite part was the mud, and I mean MUD!!  They are building on to their bathroom and making a spot for a swim spa so after yesterdays thunder and lightening storm, with the biggest raindrops we have ever seen, there was plenty of mud for Maggie and I to play in.  My brother Sam did not want to join us and thought we were pure crazy!

I asked my mom if I could take all my clothes off, but this is as close as I got to a full mud bath.  Felt good!

Track Night and a Field Trip

Monday nights in Bellingham the Parks and Rec put on a track and field night for all ages, babies to adults!  We decided to go check it out and Sam and I raced.  It was fun!  We don't really understand the whole winning or competition yet, but it will come soon enough we are sure.

We went on a little walk after dinner the other day and baby fell asleep, so sweet!

I think I have shared before about our biweekly meetings with two family friends.  We are trying to venture outside now that it is summer.  Yesterday we went to one of Mrs. Segel's friend's farms.  We saw a lot of cows and even got to hang out with some  babies.  I was scared at first of the loud mooing noise but I soon realized that they were calm.  I warmed up and even petted some of the babies.  Sam loved the place!  He especially enjoyed the "petting cow" as he called him.  He was the cow that wasn't afraid of all the kids and enjoyed a lot of love from us.  After our time at the farm we went up and had a picnic on a nice hill at her house.  We played and explored the outdoors, one of my favorite things to do.  I found all kinds of "treasures" and took off my shoes to store them in.  What a fun day!

If my mama leaves her phone laying around I take that opportunity to take some pictures!  I must have watched my mama over the last 4 years constantly snapping pictures, because I figured this out all on my own!  I navigate the phone to get to the camera, stage things, change settings, and take pictures!  One of my favorite parts is going back and looking at the pictures.  I just wanted to take a minute to share some of my photos with you....
