Being Active!

Active is an understatement for me these days. I love to ride my bike, can start and stop without training wheels, and race with the big girls in the neighborhood. I can jump off the swing, pump on my own, and go super duper high. I love gymnastics and wish it were more than once a week! We went for a hike today with my Auntie Joanie and I enjoyed exploring the woods and being out in nature. It is amazing after all this activity, I still don't want to go to bed at night ;)

Sam had to come say hello to me while I was practicing on the bars. He is proud of me too!
This is an attempt to capture me jumping down the trampoline. Look how fast and high I can jump!
On Friday we went to the museum with our friends and Jude and I had fun playing together
Out on our hike. At one point I was singing and mom captured me in mid song.
Watching the ducks and contemplating this beautiful place
A perfect Saturday ended with a bbq with our family and friends! We missed you Uncle Kevin!

Gymnastics

I officially started gymnastics yesterday at a place called Gym Star. I tried it out a few weeks ago and the teacher told my parents that I can be in a class with 5 and 6 year olds! It is great to watch me warm up with the big kids and I'm learning how to be patient and wait my turn ;) I truly love gymnastics and shine like a star!

Just a Quick Update

Did you notice my ticker at the top says I'm 3? Haha, just noticed, we will get on that. We had a fun, busy week. Last weekend we went to Seattle to visit some friends from college and Sam's godparents but mom's camera was out of batteries. You can imagine how bummed she was. Anyway, it was great to see so many kids and we even went to the zoo. On Monday we went out to a nice public pool we just learned about. Too bad it was the last day it was open for the year. The weather has been so nice but all the water activities around here close on Labor Day.

Mama started working again at school and we started our year of preschool at home. I'll post more about school and some projects as time passes, but we have finished 2 weeks and I'm doing great. Sam likes to join in and learn too. Have a great weekend everyone!
