On Tuesday we woke up and headed on the road again, this time to Brookings, Oregon. We drove down Hwy 101, which was absolutely beautiful. Why Brookings? Well, our good friends and my Godparents live there. Maddie is also my parents' Goddaughter. Godfamily all around! They moved last year for Uncle Nick's job. We are happy for them but miss them dearly. I have been waiting to see my best friend Ava and her new house for a very long time and we couldn't have had a better time! It was well worth the 9 hours it took from Seaside, but hey we have a van! Yesterday I made up a song after heading to Fred Meyer with my mom. "I'm living in a car that won't stop driving!" Wish I could sing the tune for you here. Anyway, here is a "few" pictures of our spectacular time with our Godfamily and the wonderful memories that will be with us forever!

Surf's Up!! |
And so does my daddy. This is him body surfing and Uncle Nick in with him. They are kids at heart! |
We found a cool beach fort and were imagining there were pirates living in it. |
We got to pet real sharks! (I got better pictures on my camera, I'll have to figure out how to upload those) |
Sam was so tired on the way back to their house that he fell asleep in the car with his lollypop. It was so funny as he drowsily licked and bobbed his head. |
Best friends forever! |
Baby Gianna having fun in the sand too! |
The last night we had a beach fire and roasted smores! What could be better? |
The Sunset was oh so beautiful, but impossible to capture on the camera. |
Maddie is so good with the babies! We love you Gonnellas!! |
